An initiative that targets seniors at risk of functional decline, providing them with support to restore their ability to safely perform day-to-day tasks.
Funded by the Tote Board Community Health Fund, our Reablement Programme proactively aims to restore seniors’ day-to-day functional abilities. Through this 12-week home-based initiative, seniors will regain the capacity to independently manage all or some aspects of their daily tasks in a safe manner.
We focus on a “doing with” rather than a “doing for” approach with our seniors. This empowers them to become more independent, confident, and enjoy a better quality of life.

Subsidies may be available. Means testing will determine your eligibility and the level of subsidy. The means test is based on household income per capita or annual value of your residence.
Once the sessions start, our team will closely monitor your training and conduct assessments to evaluate your progress.
