Our programmes for persons with disabilities, persons with intellectual disabilities, and the Deaf aim to impart essential life skills, address employment needs, and maximise their potential to be independent and contributing members of society.

Persons with Intellectual Disabilities

We provide competency-based programmes for persons with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. These enhance their quality of life and enable them to live independently in the community. 

TOUCH Centre for Independent Living (TCIL)

Spread across two day activity centres, TCIL offers competency-based training programmes for persons with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to help them discover their potential, build independence, and lead dignified lives. 

Beyond School and Adulthood  | For persons with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, aged 18 and above 
TOUCH Ubi Hostel (TUH)

A residential training hostel designed for adults with mild intellectual disabilities to experience communal living and develop greater independence.

Deaf Persons

Our programmes empower the Deaf to be independent individuals, guiding their growth in the areas of education, vocation, recreation, and social development. We also collaborate with the hearing community to create impactful change for the Deaf.

Academic and personal mentorship to support students in their journey at school and in life.
