A meal delivery service for homebound seniors who have difficulties buying or preparing their own food, or for those with little or no caregiver support.

We provide a range of home and community-based services to meet the diverse needs of seniors to support ageing in community.
Supported by our corporate partners, schools, organisations, and individuals, we pack and deliver meals to the doorsteps of our senior beneficiaries.
Besides ensuring these seniors can enjoy nutritious food, we also hope to alleviate stress for their caregivers, who can be assured of meals for their loved ones.
The meals we provide are carefully prepared and can cater to a variety of dietary requirements, including:
- Vegetarians
- Seniors who are on a porridge, soft or blended diet
Ultimately, we are here to ensure that homebound seniors will never need to worry about where their next meal is coming from.
Who It’s For
Meals-On-Wheels is suitable for homebound seniors who:
- Are unable to buy and prepare their own meals
- Have little to no caregiver support
- Live in the western and central regions of Singapore
This service is only available to seniors residing within our boundary areas, namely Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Sin Ming, Toa Payoh, Whampoa, Potong Pasir, Jurong, Boon Lay, Bukit Batok, and Choa Chu Kang.
How to Apply
You may do one of the following:
- Approach a doctor at a hospital or polyclinic to submit an online application for you
- Contact the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) at 1800 650 6060 or email enquiries@aic.sg
- Visit the AIC Link branch nearest to you
What You Can Expect
Assessing your needs
Upon receiving your application, our service support staff will contact you to gather more information.
This includes:
- Discussing and confirming your preferred meal options
- Choosing the frequency of your meal deliveries, e.g., twice daily, including weekends and public holidays
Costs
Following our assessment of your needs, we will advise you of the charges.
Subsidies may be available. Means testing will determine your eligibility and the level of subsidy. The means test is based on household income per capita or annual value of your residence.
Your meals
Our bento boxes are prepared by a licensed caterer, so you can rest assured knowing your food is prepared professionally and with the highest standards.
