At TOUCH Adoption (TAS), we believe that every child is a precious gift and deserves a permanent and loving home. We seek to help prospective adopters in their adoption process, as well as prepare them for their role as adoptive parents.

We are the first agency in Singapore to be accredited by the Ministry of Social and Family Development to provide home study reports. We are also an accredited agency in Singapore to facilitate the adoption of children in China.

 To kick start the adoption journey, please attend the mandatory adoption briefings required by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).  For registration, please email [email protected].

Counselling
Are you facing challenges with your adopted child or need help to better cope with your child’s questions, sadness or anger about his/her adoption? Are you seeking guidance in understanding and managing your child’s behaviour or emotional dysregulation? Do contact us by filling up the Request for Counselling form. Charges apply.

Private Consultation on Adoption Matters

For a private consultation on adoption related matters, please email us at [email protected] for an appointment. A fee of $100 (excluding GST) is chargeable for each 1-hour session. Consultation is by appointment only.

TOUCH Integrated Family Group (TIFG) aims to equip families with resources to face multi-faceted issues at different life stages. TIFG focuses on providing Resources to equip families to cope with different stressors, enabling families to strengthen Roles in transitions, and empower families to build Resilience. This is done through an integrated suite of services to support the family as a unit, with emphasis on education, intervention and advocacy.
