Upper Room is a programme that provides mental health assessment and intervention for youths residing in the central region of Singapore.
Our multi-disciplinary team of professionals will help you develop the skills you need to manage intense emotions that you may experience.
We will also work with you and your family to improve familial relations.

First contact — Assessing needs
After receiving your enquiry, our friendly professionals will share more about the programme and arrange to conduct an intake assessment with you. This will help guide us on the next steps.
Post-assessment
If the intake assessment is successful, a dedicated caseworker will follow you through the 12-month programme.
