Championing Mental Health Inclusivity

Beyond the Label (BTL) focuses on addressing the stigma around mental health and promoting social inclusion for persons with mental health conditions.

Led by TOUCH Community Services and the National Council of Social Services, the BTL Collective partners with stakeholders in the mental health ecosystem to:

  • Raise awareness about mental health stigma and advocate for greater support for persons with mental health conditions
  • Educate and equip the public with peer support skills that help them interact with and support persons with mental health conditions
  • Implement workplace adjustments to better support persons with mental health conditions
  • Encourage those who need help to seek help early

Who It’s For

We run mental health roadshows to raise awareness of mental health for:

  • Schools
  • Workplaces
  • Community

All our activities are fully funded and are offered free of charge.

We’re excited to collaborate and champion mental well-being for all.

What You Can Expect

Mobile Exhibitions

  • Our mobile exhibitions travel across Singapore – from schools to workplaces and community spaces
  • Learn more about mental health and listen to people with lived experiences share about their mental health journeys
  • Participants can paint a pebble with encouraging messages. These painted pebbles will be collected and used to build pebble walks across Singapore

Web Series
We understand that talking about mental health can be difficult. That’s why we developed a three-episode web series that discusses mental health challenges faced by people at home, in school, and at work.
