Relationship Check-In
Over time, couples tend to lose the ability or desire to talk about or enrich their relationship when they get overwhelmed by responsibilities related to parenting, career, family, health and life transitions, impacting the vibrancy of their marital relationship.
That is why every couple will benefit from a periodic check-in.
We offer a Relationship Check-In using the evidence-based PREPARE ENRICH Relationship Assessment inventory with a one-on-one session to unpack the assessment for you and your spouse.
You can opt for a Marriage Check-In where the focus will be on your marital relationship or a Marriage & Parenting Check-In where the focus will be on your parenting styles & stress and couple relationship in parenting.
Marriage Check-In
Suitable for married couples with the first check-in before the fifth year of marriage and subsequently, at various life stage changes (e.g. becoming new parents).
Our facilitators will help you to:
- Learn about your relationship strengths & growth areas.
- Have a better understanding of your relationship dynamics.
- Have better clarity of each other's personality through the SCOPE personality scales.
- Gain understanding of flexibility & connectedness in relationships.
Marriage & Parenting Check-In
Suitable for married couples whose primary concerns are children and parenting issues.
Our facilitators will help you to:
- Explore your strengths and growth areas as partners and parents.
- Strengthen your communication with your partner and children.
- Identify and manage parenting stress.
- Discuss parenting styles and how you work together as a team.
- Increase your parenting confidence and satisfaction.

Couples will only need to pay for the Prepare/Enrich Questionaire. Upon completion of the questionaire, the date and time of the session will be arranged with the facilitators.
The unpacking session (including the completion of the Prepare/Enrich Questionaire) needs to be completed within 3 months from the date that the Prepare/Enrich link is received.
You will receive the Prepare/Enrich link for payment via email by TOUCH admin upon successful registration.
