A short-term homebased skills training programme providing holistic support for persons with disabilities and their caregivers.
Funded by SG Enable, RAISE is a short-term skills and outcome-based training programme which provides structured support for persons with disabilities. Through this pilot programme, participants gain essential life skills that are crucial in day-to-day living at home and in the community.
Their caregivers will also receive training to help them better support their ward’s development at home.
