At TOUCH Adventures, we are certified to train individuals in first aid and equip them with skills to preserve life and promote recovery.
Individuals who graduate from this training will be able to stabilise casualties and prevent their condition from worsening until medical professionals can take over.

Eligibility Criteria
- Be physically fit and able to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) while kneeling on the floor.
- Individuals who are pregnant or have medical history such as heart, back, spinal, joint issues should seek advice from their doctors before enrolling in a class.
Our first aid courses are meticulously designed to ensure you master the various skills you’ll need to perform effective first aid. You have a choice of four different courses.
What You’ll Learn:
- Identify and address cardiac arrest and choking incidents in adults
- Proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)
Duration:
3 hours
Course Fee (inclusive of 9% GST):
- $78 (Social service agencies (SSA) and industry partners)
- $88 (Public)
Certification:
- Accredited by Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC)
- Valid for two years from date of completion
- You will receive an e-certificate upon successful completion of the course
What You’ll Learn:
- Crucial life-saving competencies that include assisting conscious and unconscious choking victims
- Delivering effective CPR for both adults and infants
- Proper use of an AED
Duration:
10 hours

Certification:
- Accredited By SRFAC
- Valid for two years from date of completion
- You will receive an e-certificate upon successful completion of the course
What You’ll Learn:
- Knowledge and skills to administer first aid to adult casualties
- Proper use of an AED
Duration:
- 20 hours over two days

20 hours over two days
