Strengthen Your Relationship Through Preparation

PREP is an evidence-based marriage and relationship education programme , created based on over 30 years of research in the United States.

It is used to help newly-weds or soon-to-be-married couples with practical strategies to strengthen their relationships.

The programme  provides deeper coverage on a range of topics such as:

  • Communication
  • Conflict resolution
  • Problem-solving

Research has shown that couples who’ve attended PREP have noticeably improved communication skills, interactions, as well as greater confidence in the future of their marriages.

What You Can Expect

PREP provides couples with the opportunity to reflect on their relationship and learn skills to enrich their marriage.

Some of these skills include:

  • Enhancing communication using the speaker and listener techniques
  • Understanding partner’s love styles, personality, and expectations
