What You Can Expect
Prepare/Enrich Marriage Enrichment Programme (P/E MEP) is a complimentary programme for married couples. It is a 12-hour programme conducted in a small group setting facilitated by certified trainers.
Topics covered include:
- Relationship strengths and growth areas
- Communication skills
- Identifying and managing stressors
- Resolving conflicts
- Family of origin and couple map
- Understand SCOPE personality differences
- Enhancing love
Who It’s For
This complimentary programme is open to all couples where:
- Either spouse is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident; and
- Married for more than 2 years; and
- Husband is at least 25 years old and above, and wife is at least 21 years old and above.
