Building Lasting Foundations for Your Marriage
It’s the goal of every couple to have a happy and lasting marriage. However, proper preparation and work is necessary to attain this.
With the Marriage Preparation Programme (MPP), we teach couples life skills that help them become better partners, as well as tackle marriage-related difficulties.
What You Can Expect
Using an individualised, objective based PREPARE/ENRICH relationship assessment, we give you the opportunity to gain a better understanding of your relationship and yourself.
Topics covered:
- Influences from family of origin
- Roles, responsibilities, and expectations
- Communication and conflict resolution
- Physical intimacy
- Financial planning
- In-law relationship
Do note that our curriculums are both evidence-based and research-informed – ensuring a reliable and effective approach to improving your relationship.
Who It’s For
This workshop is suitable for couples:
- About to get married
- Who are newly-weds
- Where both partners are at least 21 years old
- Who prefer flexibility to focus on their individual needs

Note:
- Sessions are not available on weekends
- Onsite sessions are conducted on weekdays during office hours in three sessions. Two of the sessions will be three hours long and one will be two hours long
- Online sessions are conducted in four sessions of two hours each over Zoom on weekdays or weeknights
