Honey Cornflakes Cups
Lunar New Year is approaching and what is a party without some snacks! 

Here’s a simple recipe  you can attempt with your family when you are hosting your relatives and friends. 

Ingredients:
Yields 60 mini cups

Cornflakes (lightly-crushed) – 200g
Honey – 40g 
Unsalted butter – 70g
Caster sugar – 25g 
Rainbow sprinkles – 4 tbsp

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
2. Melt the butter, sugar, and honey in a saucepan till it bubbles.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in the cornflakes.
5. Fill the mini cup with cornflakes. 
6. Sprinkle over the rainbow sprinkles.
7. Bake for 10 mins till golden brown.

P.S: Besides the rainbow sprinkles, you can add other toppings such as chocolate sprinkles, almond flakes or coconut flakes according to your preference.
