Seniors stay fit through TOUCH’s virtual exercise classes

Since April this year, TOUCH’s team of exercise trainer and physiotherapists have piloted a twice weekly virtual exercise class for some 20 seniors, and is set to grow further. Seniors are taught low impact aerobics to build strength and flexibility. Many of the participants had earlier attended the Gym Tonic strength training programme at TOUCHpoint@AMK 433 and the twice weekly exercise sessions conducted by TOUCH. This is part of TOUCH’s ongoing efforts to keep residents fit and healthy, and prevent a decline in functional mobility during the circuit breaker and beyond.
